 Hailing originally from Michigan, Casey came to Clatskanie by way of Portland, OR. She holds a Masters degree in Education, and works remotely as an Instructional Designer. Previous to this career, she was a nanny while working toward a BA in English. It was then that she discovered a passion for outdoor education and exposure for children, and hopes to bring this set of skills to serve on the Parks Board of Directors. She has lived in Clatskanie since 2020, and is a frequent visitor to the parks with her own two kids and partner Nate.
